Loan notes
Investors may wish to generate a simple return on surplus funds - usually at a rate of 8-10% p/a depending on the project. Loans are secured against the company within which the asset is being purchased and the principle loan plus interest is repaid upon project completion
Equity stake
This option is for investors with a long term holding strategy. Investing funds into a project for the purpose of retaining upon project completion. Projects may either be fully funded by one investor, or multiple investors.
